Shipping Rates

We ship most items that fit in an envelope in Australia for FREE!  Some larger items that cannot be sent in an envelope will incur a shipping charge as follows:

  • For larger (non-envelope) items, the shipping cost is $5.99 AUD to Australian addresses
  • For ALL items sent outside Australia (to countries that we ship to) the flat cost is $9.99.

All items are sent from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia using Australia Post.

We do not ship or sell to the EU or UK.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on where you are in in the world.  The Australia Post website states that they will deliver to most places in the world from between 3-10 business days.  If you are in Australia, you should get your order in 1-7 business days.  Of course, this is only an estimate, so it may be more or less than this.

NOTE: if you make your order before 2PM (AEST) on a business day (Mon-Fri) your order will usually ship the SAME DAY.  If you make your order after 2PM it will be sent the next business day.  Please also note that public holidays are not considered business days as Australia Post does not post on these days!

NOTE: some products may be required to be custom made, which may have a lead time of a 1-3 days depending on how busy we are!
